Skygge may modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time, so please review it periodically. We may provide you additional forms of notice of modifications or updates as appropriate under the circumstances. Your continued use of Skygge or the Service after any modification to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such modification.
We retain personal and business information only for as long as necessary to fulfil legal, regulatory, contractual, and operational requirements.
HR and payroll records are retained for a minimum of ten (10) years, provided there are no ongoing issues, disputes, or legal concerns. Financial records are also retained for a minimum of ten (10) years to meet accounting, taxation, and audit requirements. Event logs, including server, firewall, local system, and antivirus logs, are retained for a minimum of thirty (30) days in the absence of any security incidents or investigations. Personal data is retained for a minimum of three (3) years or as required to provide services and meet business obligations. Customer data is retained in accordance with contractual requirements, applicable laws, and regulatory obligations.
Once the applicable retention period has expired, the information is securely deleted, anonymized, or destroyed. Skygge collects your precise location, including latitude and longitude, to enable continuous field-force tracking, field activity tracking, visit tracking, and location-based business functionality.
Your location may be collected while you are using the application and, when background location permission is granted, while the application is running in the background or is not actively displayed.
Location information is securely transmitted to our servers and used for field activity and business operations.
Location access is required for continuous tracking functionality. If you do not allow the required location permission, location-dependent features may not work correctly.
